TRAINING BY LEVEL

The crew by level formula allows you to take a 4-level training course, with certification as a yachting skipper, in 5 skill areas (sailing maneuvers, piloting, safety, life on board and maintenance).

We consider level 4 and above to be autonomous, subject to certain conditions.

The skills required for skipper certification vary according to the type of sailing involved: day or night, daytime or offshore, sea conditions, currents, weather, experienced crew. The 4 courses provide significant experience, enabling you to understand the marine environment and its dangers, and to manage a crew without stress.

Autonomy is gradually acquired through sailing, days and nights at sea. At first, you become comfortable in good weather conditions, on a small sailboat you know, in an easy coastal zone and with a crew able to help the skipper effectively. Gradually, you'll become comfortable in more difficult wind and sea conditions, and you'll be able to sail further afield, on bigger boats...

Our PREMIUM crew training courses are designed to meet the needs of different projects and levels, with the common aim of becoming autonomous in coastal and offshore sailing.

This training program is presented in the form of a FFV pleasure boating booklet, which we will give you and validate at the end of each course by a cruising and catamaran professional.
